Your 12-month whole-school membership entitles you to unlimited access to the entire PlanBee catalogue of lesson planning and resources at no extra cost. Once you've upgraded, you can checkout as normal, with any product(s) in your cart. They will all be automatically discounted to £0.00 and added to your account where you can download/re-download them at any time.
Important Information
Although all resources are free for whole school members, you must still place an order to add resources to your account area. You can do this at any time, and as many times as you like, during your membership period. While your orders will be discounted to £0.00, you will still receive an order confirmation email/PDF invoice. This is your record for the transaction and includes a link to download your resources.
All PlanBee accounts—including whole school memberships—are single sign-on. This means that you have one username (the email address you provided) and one password (the one you chose) to access your account. To ensure multiple, duplicate orders are not placed (which would make it harder to find resources in your account area), we recommend appointing one member of staff as your PlanBee account administrator. They can then order and download resources requested by other staff, placing them on your school's network for them to access. This also helps avoid exceeding the automatic download limit (15 times per resource) that is in place on our system for security reasons. Your administrator can download the resources once from planbee.com, then other staff can access them on the school network at any time.
