Ancient Egyptians: Computing | Egypt Presentations
Put their computer skills to the test as they plan and create their own Egypt presentations to explain an aspect of ancient Egyptian life in this ancient Egyptian Computing lesson for KS2 children. Your class will be challenged to create a multimedia presentation to include text, pictures, sounds and more, challenging not only their computing skills but also giving them the chance to research an area of ancient Egyptian life that interests them.
The included slideshow presentation gives some question prompts to get them thinking about the kind of information they will include and how they they will display this information in their Egypt presentations. As they start their independent work, the printable resources give them a space to plan their presentations, and there are also a series of challenge cards to support their research.
