In this lesson your class will receive a letter from the boss of a theme park company which wants help to design and market a new dinosaur park.

After designing their park, children will read a model persuasive text and identify the key language features needed for good quality persuasive writing. They will then use a planning frame to plan and then write their own persuasive text, encouraging visitors to come to the dinosaur park they have designed.
