Promo codes, discounts and sales – terms and conditions
1. General terms and conditions
1.1. We reserve the right to change or remove discounts or promo codes at any time.
1.2. We reserve the right to change the terms of, or end, sales at any time.
1.3. Automatic discounts, and promo code discounts, are estimated on the cart page, and then calculated on the checkout page. Discounted subtotals may vary slightly between estimation and calculation.
1.4. The terms for specific promo codes, discounts and sales may vary. They may only be applied to orders meeting the specific terms stated on-site or in promotional material.
2. Membership discounts
2.1. Unless specifically stated, membership benefits such as discounts may not be used in conjunction with any other promo code or special offer.
3. Promo codes
3.1. Promo codes may not be applied retrospectively to orders. Customers must add promo codes to their order at the checkout page before paying.
3.2. Promo codes may not be applied after the stated expiry date.
3.3. Only one promo code may be applied per order.
3.4. School trade account holders are unable to apply promo codes to their 'net checkout' orders (pay by invoice). They may only apply promo codes (on the checkout page) if paying by credit/debit card or PayPal. Alternatively, school trade account holders can contact info@planbee.com and request for the invoice to be raised using the discount code.
3.5. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be used against the purchase of a PlanBee membership.
4. Other discounts
4.1. In some circumstances, automatic discounts may not be applied correctly to your order. Automatic discounts may not be applied retrospectively. Therefore, it is your responsibility to check whether a discount—which you understand to be applicable to your order—has been applied correctly before placing the order.
5. Sales
5.1. PlanBee is happy to offer a Sale Price Adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. This will be in the form of a refund or a discount code to use against a future purchase.
5.2. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked down.
