What should we do when we have a worry? Read the story Worrysaurus by Rachel Bright and look at the feeling of worry.

Through themed Worrysarus activities this lesson encourages children to think carefully about how worry feels in their body, from the physical sensations to the effect worry has on their brain. They will have the opportunity to discuss what helps Worrysaurus feel safe and manage his worries, as well as explore positive affirmations he could use. We have free downloadable positive affirmation cards that would complement this lesson.
