Lovely but not adaptable

I love the content, but I want to adapt it for my class and there is no way of doing this.

Incredible Resources

Not usable for us

Unfortunately, I am stuck paying for a subscription for a year that is completely useless to me. It was not made clear before I subscribed that you would not actually be able to download any of the PowerPoints and can only access them when logged in. Our school policy requires all resources and planning to be available in a shared area so that a supply can take over in the event of absence, and as the resources cannot be downloaded this is impossible. I have not been able to use the subscription at all and wish that this had been made clear when the subscription was started.

Hi Aimee, thank you for your feedback. We state very clearly in several places that the subscription does not allow you to download resources but that, for subscribers, everything is accessed via our online portal. We understand that some schools have policies that make this tricky. I can see that you have used the portal to access some of our Plant Art lessons – I hope you and your class enjoyed the activities. I will send you an email separately with some further information.

Still tries to charge me at checkout

Having signed up I can’t actually seem to purchase anything, still wants tos charge me full price at check out. Having message customer support still no response
