Choose your school size and complete checkout, or request an invoice if you prefer.
2. Login
Your school will have one centralised login. This gives your whole staff access to every PlanBee resource.
3. Share with your team
Give the login details to your teachers. They can download and use any scheme or lesson straight away.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
If you would like to pay via invoice you can open a school trade account with us. This allows you to purchase and access your subscription immediately with an invoice then being sent to your account holder for settlement within 7 days.
We do not accept purchase orders (all purchasing can be done via your online account) but there is a field within the checkout process for you to add a PO number if necessary.
How many staff can use the subscription?

All the staff at your school are able to access and use the subscription. You are not permitted to share your subscription with anyone outside of your organisation.

Yes, the subscriptions will renew annually unless you inform us that you no longer wish to continue. We will send out a renewal reminder email before your subscription renews.
Do you offer any discounts on your school subscriptions?
Do you offer any discounts on your school subscriptions?
Yes, we are able to offer discounts to very small schools of less than 80 pupils, or to MATs or federations who wish to take out a subscription to three schools or more. Just contact us for more information.
