Your Year 3 children will be challenged to make Diwali cards in this fun KS2 RE lesson. The lesson starts by thinking about when and why we send greetings cards, before going to on look at some Diwali cards, thinking about the colours, messages and imagery used.

Your class can then have a go at creating some fun and creative Diwali cards of their own! There are three differentiated cards to choose from, all with step-by-step instructions. Alternatively, children can use word processing to make Diwali cards of their own design.
