Disappointing

I have purchased several resources from Planbee and always found them to be very useful. However, this unit is predominantly a Light and Shadow unit, not Light and Sound as advertised. This was not very beneficial when my current topic is ‘Sound’. Couldn’t use this so complete waste of money. Asked for a refund and was refused.

Hi Charlotte, we're sorry you weren't satisfied with the resources this time. As we explained in our email to you, we couldn't refund you because you had already downloaded your purchase. We do hope that the sound lessons we added to your account as a gesture of goodwill are more useful to you.
