Where did the Aztecs live? Your KS2 children will explore the answer to this question in this lesson as they find out about the location of the Aztec empire, both as Mesoamerica (as it was known then) and Mexico (as it is known today).

By the end of the lesson, your class will be able to identify and place Mesoamerica and Mexico on a map, as well as use a map to answer questions about the continents, countries and seas surrounding Mexico.
