Challenge your class with a slightly different take on descriptive writing as they try to make the Twit's house sound good enough to buy! Themed around Dahl's 'The Twits', your Year 4 class will become confident estate agents as they try to twist negative features into positives through their choice of words.

Touching on a few persuasive techniques, the included lesson slides challenges your KS2 class to describe features of the house in an estate agent's advert in an attempt to sell the windowless house that used to belong to Mr and Mrs Twit. They can use the included supporting resources to scaffold and inspire their writing.
