How does PlanBee work?

We want PlanBee to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs and make life as easy as we can for you and your school.

That's why we have several options for how you can use us, including as a subscriber, as a whole school or as a PAYG user.

Click each heading below for some handy information:

Using PlanBee as a Subscriber

Step 1: Purchase a PlanBee subscription.

Step 2: Search for the resource you would like to use. You can browse our library using the main menu or our unique Objective Checker to pick the lessons you want.

Step 3: Click the blue button on each product page to view the resource in our online portal.

Step 4: Print the lesson plans and worksheets.

Step 5: Use 'Full screen mode' to view and control the slides as a presentation.

Step 6: Annotate the resources to make your lessons more interactive.

Step 7: Relax knowing your planning is taken care of!

Using PlanBee as a Whole School

Apply for a school trade account so that you can pay via invoice for your purchases.

Use your school trade account to pay for resources as and when you need them, or become a School Subscriber to access our entire library for a one-off payment.

Using PlanBee as a PAYG user

Step 1: Browse our library using the main menu or our unique Objective Checker and pick the lessons you want.

Step 2: Go through the checkout process (you can create a free account as you do this if don't have one).

Step 3: Download your purchases from your PlanBee account. All the resources come as PDFs in zip files and will remain in your account so you can access them whenever you need.

Step 4: Print out the lesson plans and worksheets. Use 'Full screen mode' in Adobe Reader to view and control the slides as a presentation.

Step 5: Relax! Your lesson planning is all done and dusted.
